Kylie Kelce Jokes About Stalking Eagles Players’ Wives Online
If one of Jason Kelce’s Philadelphia Eagles teammates had a public social media page, chances are his wife Kylie did some snooping into their personal life.
As Kylie, 32, explained on the Thursday, December 12, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, she uses her online stalking powers for good.
“We got to a point where we would almost stalk people on social media, just to be like, ‘Have you posted with a woman recently?’ If so, we’ll go to her page,” she confessed. “If her page is private, we’ll ask before we follow, but otherwise, if she’s public, we can see that you guys are still together. We’ll just slide into your DMs and be like ‘hey, welcome.’”
Jason played his entire eight-year career in Philadelphia, and eventually, Kylie came to realize she was the oldest and most experienced of all the players’ wives and girlfriends. That’s when she took it upon herself to reach out to new players’ significant others and offer help as they adjusted to life in their new city.
She explained that this was far more effective than simply making Jason ask his teammate for their significant other’s phone number. Kylie joked that if she did that, she wouldn’t get an answer for “three years.” Her guest, Allison Kucharczyk, wife of former NFL defensive end Isaac Rochell, agreed.
“You would find the phone number in a wad at the end of football season in a shoe or something,” Kucharczyk joked.
Kylie continued, “We really found that the best way to do it was just be direct and say, ‘Hey if you need anything, we’re here year-round. If there’s any way I can be of assistance or [anything] you need advice about or even if it’s just a restaurant recommendation, let me know.’”
Her helping hand did not go unnoticed. Kucharczyk said wives like Kylie are doing “God’s work” when they reach out to the newcomers. That was especially true for Kucharczyk, whose husband played in four cities from 2017 to 2023.
“I have to say on behalf of all the girls who have traveled around to different teams, people like you make the experience so much better and so much less lonely,” she said.
Jason retired from the NFL in 2022, and Kylie said she hopes the wives and girlfriends remaining around the league have carried on the tradition. She added that even if a player is traded, someone from the player’s old team can put a significant other in touch with someone from the new team so they are not starting from scratch with every move.
“There’s a very large web of women in the NFL and I think the best thing they can do now is continue to weave the web and make sure the women feel supported and connected and can do that independently outside of their spouse or significant other,” she said.
Now in their post-football lives, Kylie and Jason still live in the Philadelphia area. The two married in 2018 and share three daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1. Kylie is also pregnant with the couple’s fourth child, another girl.
