UPDATE — 12/18/24, 5:29 p.m. ET: After a reporter claimed that Diddy looked “thinner” at his latest court appearance, an insider told Us Weekly that he’s doing well.

Diddy is “fit, healthy and fully focused on his defense,” the source confirms to Us. “He has been very active, remains in good spirits, and, as always, he was happy to see his children.”

After the rapper’s court appearance on Wednesday, Law & Crime reporter Elizabeth Millner said “he appeared just astonishingly thinner, which you can expect [from him being] inside a federal detention center for a couple of months now.”

She added: “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle that he was living before, but [he] appeared very noticeably thinner and maybe being locked up in detention is starting to weigh on him.”

Diddy was indicted by a grand jury in September shortly before being arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.  A 14-page indictment — claimed that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.

Diddy denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to the charges. The disgraced music mogul was remanded to Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and denied bail on four separate attempts.

The statement continued, “To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
