The Talk hosts reflected on their “shenanigans” — or lack thereof — over the years, including favorite guests and memorable moments.

“There [are] so many great shows that we have so many memories,” Natalie Morales told Us Weekly exclusively before the show’s series finale, naming the “dynamic” Kate Biberdorf (otherwise known as Kate the Chemist) as one of her favorite guests.

Morales, 52, is gearing up for the final episode of The Talk, along with costars Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell and Sheryl Underwood. Before saying goodbye to the show as a whole, the CBS stars took a walk down memory lane and name-dropped some of their favorite famous guests with Us.

Morales also recalled Bryan Cranston being “hilarious” — even though he capped her cheap.

“He called me cheap because you called me cheap!” she said, referring to O’Connell, 50. “We were talking about nowadays, they put the iPad in front of you and they hover over you to see how much you’re gonna tip! … Jerry started calling me cheap through the commercial break, they come back out, and Bryan Cranston goes, ‘Oh, cheap Natalie!’ and it kept going for 2 segments with him calling me that.”

The Talk is coming to an end after 15 seasons on CBS — but when does the last episode air? CBS announced in April that The Talk was renewed for its final season after concerns about cancellation. The network later confirmed that the final week will include a celebratory sendoff in anticipation of the show’s […]

Kloots, 42, recalled it being “really funny” before naming Mark McGrath as one of her favorite guests.

“I had a picture of him on my planner in high school and I confessed to him on air, like, you were my high school crush,” she gushed. “Also, Zack Morris [Mark-Paul Gosselaar] when he was on our show.”

She said it was “so funny” to meet people that she loved in high school.

“I didn’t miss a Saturday morning of Saved by the Bell. Same with Tiffani Thiessen when she was here,” Kloots added. “It’s like these childhood icons and you’re like, ‘I get to meet them!’ It’s so wild.”

Underwood, 61, recalled the episode when Kloots danced with Tony Danza.

“That was a good one,” Kloots continued. “Again, I grew up watching Who’s the Boss.”

O’Connell made it clear that there were “no shenanigans” going down on set.

“I don’t want to start any rumors, but I had a very big crush on Deborah Norville for many years, and when Deborah Norville came on the show, I kept it classy,” he joked. “Obviously, HR is always lurking and stuff, but that was very exciting.”

Once O’Connell dished about his crush, Morales was quick to share her own interaction.

“Well, for confessing crushes, Rob Lowe, and he’s been on,” Morales added. “Every time he comes on, he is so much fun.”

O’Connell responded, “I was very appropriate with Deborah Norville. Natalie was not very appropriate with Rob Lowe.”

The Talk airs on CBS weekdays at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT with the final episode scheduled for Friday, December 20.
